Gifts are normally shipped (not delivered) within 1-2 business days after orders are received. Business days are 9am-5pm/Mon-Fri (weekends & holidays are not business days). Please note that it might take longer during peak seasons to process and ship the orders.

You will receive an email, with a shipment tracking number, after your gifts have been shipped. You can track the delivery status above OR go directly to the carriers website below. (The latter is especially helpful for those living outside the United States.)

"Date Tracking Is Entered" is not necessarily the date of shipment but the date that the tracking number was entered into our system. The actual shipment date can be found by tracking you package with the tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number click here to contact us for an update. Be sure to include your order number.

Hand Delivered Gifts are fruit, plants, flowers and balloons. Provided we can contact the recipient by phone before making the delivery, hand delivered gifts are normally delivered within 24-48 business hours after an order is placed. Hand delivered gifts do not have tracking numbers. You will receive an email when the delivery has been scheduled.
