Adorable Gift Baskets provide the highest level of encryption and security possible. Rest assured that your information is entirely private and secure.

Add gift baskets freely to your shopping cart, especially if you are trying to decide between gift baskets. You are not charged when adding a gift basket to your shopping cart. Before your gift basket purchase is finalized, you will be presented with the opportunity to review, edit, delete or make changes.

When sending gift baskets to multiple recipients, please complete a new (separate) order for each recipient. 

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: You will receive a shipment confirmation email and a tracking number when your gift basket ships. You can track the delivery status on our website ORDER STATUS page.

Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift Baskets?

A: Yes, you can! Your baskets will all arrive with your free personalized gift card.

Q: What is your product substitution policy?

A: In the rare instance when demand outstrips the supply of a particular item, we reserve the right to replace the item with an item of equal or more excellent value at no additional charge to you.

Q: What is your shipping and delivery policy?

A: SHIPPING: Gift basket shipping and delivery take place on business days which are Mon-Fri. There is no shipping or delivery of gift baskets on weekends or US Holidays.

DELIVERY/TRANSIT: Order processing can take 2-3 business days to leave the warehouse. Shipping/transit typically takes 3-6 business days to arrive at the recipient's location. Various factors such as adverse weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, recipient location, and other situations beyond our control can delay arrival. We work very hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible; however, we do not guarantee a specific delivery date. You can check the status of your order anytime by going to Order Status located in the upper right-hand corner of any page on our website.

Before placing an order, please verify all shipping information. Inaccurate or incomplete recipient information will result in lost, discarded packages, packages by unintended recipients, or returned. Include the correct recipient name, complete physical street address, business name, bldg#, floor#, suite#, apt#, and valid recipient phone numbers for both the sender and recipient of the gift basket. Adorable Gift Baskets is not responsible and will not issue refunds for orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping information. (no exceptions). Additionally, you will be charged an address correction fee, plus return shipping and restocking costs.

Residential deliveries do not require a signature and can be left, at the driver's discretion, on the front porch, side door, back porch, apt manager's office, garage area, or other location the driver considers to be a safe place.

Q: Do you ship hospital patients?  (Home Delivery Only)

A: We do not recommend shipping to a hospital patient as most patients are discharged from the hospital within 48 hours. In addition, it takes the hospital one or two days after the package arrives for the staff to deliver your gift to the patient. Additionally, patients in ICU or other specialized units may not receive the package. For these reasons we highly recommend shipping your gift basket to the patient's home address. Adorable Gift Baskets cannot issue refunds, replacements, or re-deliver gifts sent to hospital patients and hotel guests.

A: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Paypal.
