A: In the rare instance when demand outstrips the supply of a particular item, we reserve the right to replace the item with an item of equal or more excellent value at no additional charge to you.

Residential deliveries do not require a signature and can be left, at the driver's discretion, on the front porch, side door, back porch, apt manager's office, garage area, or other location the driver considers to be a safe place.
Q: Do you ship hospital patients? (Home Delivery Suggested)
A: We do not recommend shipping to a hospital patient as most patients are discharged from the hospital within 48 hours. In addition, it takes the hospital one or two days after the package arrives for the busy staff to deliver your gift to the patient. Additionally, patients in ICU or other specialized units may not receive the package. We recommend shipping your gift basket to the patient's home address. Adorable Gift Baskets cannot issue refunds, replacements, or re-deliver gifts sent to hospital patients and hotel guests.
