Earning your business is a privilege and we sincerely thank you for allowing us that opportunity. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping and delivery policy before placing your order.

Gifts baskets are delivered within the Continental USA on Business* (Mon-Fri) days. There is no shipping or delivery on weekends or major holidays. Gifts normally ship within 1-3 business days after orders are received. Arrival times/dates are estimates and do not include the day orders are placed or shipped.

Note: The time of day your order is placed, method of delivery you choose, weather conditions, location of recipient, holidays, occasional delays by carriers and many other factors can all impact the arrival of your order. We will do everything possible to expedite your gift basket order, however we absolutely *cannot and do not guarantee* specific times or dates of arrival regardless of the shipping method selected.

$19.95 - Hand delivered fruit, plants, flowers, balloons: arrives approx. 24-48 hours provided proper recipient address & phone number is supplied and recipient can be reached by phone prior to delivery.

Next business day delivery ( $58.50 ) is not available in all zip codes. When in doubt your best, and least expensive, option is to send a hand delivered gift basket instead.

Beginning May 15th through September, due to the unfortunate melting point of chocolates, all chocolates will be substituted. Adorable Gift Baskets does not issue refunds, or replacements in the event that chocolate arrives melted due to extremes of temperature.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders can not be cancelled or changed once they have been placed as processing begins immediately after order is received.

When placing an order please provide accurate & complete recipient shipping/delivery information. Enter recipient correct name, complete physical street address, bldg#, floor, business name, suite#, apt# and phone#. We are not responsible for refunding, replacing or reshipping packages submitted with incorrect or incomplete recipient shipping information. (no exceptions) Additionally you will be charged, and agree to pay, a $15.00 address correction, plus any and all other shipping and/or return shipping and restocking charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete recipient information submitted.

Residential deliveries do not require a signature and may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area.
