Gifts baskets are delivered within the Continental USA on Business* (Mon-Fri) days. There is no shipping or delivery on weekends or major holidays. Gifts normally ship within 1-3 business days after orders are received. Arrival times/dates are estimates and do not include the day orders are placed or shipped.

Note: The time of day your order is placed, method of delivery you choose, weather conditions, location of recipient, holidays, occasional delays by carriers and many other factors can all impact the arrival of your order. We will do everything possible to expedite your gift basket order, however we absolutely *cannot and do not guarantee* specific times or dates of arrival regardless of the shipping method selected.

During warmer months and climates, due to the unfortunate melting point of chocolate, we do not recommend shipping chocolate. If you do elect to do so, be advised that Adorable Gift Baskets will not issue refunds, or replacements in the event that chocolate arrives melted.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders can not be canceled or changed once they have been placed as processing begins immediately after order is received.

When placing an order please provide accurate & complete recipient shipping/delivery information. We are not responsible for refunding, replacing or reshipping packages submitted with incorrect or incomplete recipient shipping information. Residential deliveries do not require a signature and may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area.
