Transit takes place on business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. There is no transit/shipping/delivery on weekends and holidays
Gifts baskets are delivered within the Continental USA on Business* (Mon-Fri) days. There is no shipping or delivery on weekends or major holidays. Most orders (but not all) ship the same day depending on the time of day orders are received. You will receive an email containing a tracking number when your order ships.
The time of day your order is placed, method of delivery you choose, weather conditions, location of recipient, holidays, occasional delays by carriers and many other factors can all impact the arrival of your order. Transit days do not include the day orders are placed or shipped. We will do everything possible to process your order quickly, however we cannot guarantee specific times or dates of arrival.
When placing an order please verify all shipping information. Inaccurate or incomplete recipient information will result in lost, discarded packages, packages being received by unintended recipients or returned. Include the correct recipient name, complete physical street address, business name, bldg#, floor#, suite#, apt# and a valid recipient phone number.
We are not responsible for orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete recipient shipping information (no exceptions). Additionally, you will be charged, and agree to pay, a $25.00 address correction fee, plus any shipping, return shipping and restocking cost.
Residential deliveries do not require a signature and may be left, at the driver's discretion, on the front porch, side door, back porch, apt manger's office, garage area or any other location that the drivers deems to be a safe place.
