Return Policy

Adorable Gift Baskets stands behind our gifts and gift baskets. Your complete satisfaction is our goal and will do all, within reason, to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. Any discrepancy must be reported by EMAIL with a detailed explanation (please do not leave voice messages) within five (5) business of receipt of goods. 

Adorable Gift Baskets will replace or credit any part of a gift arrangement deemed to be damaged or defective, however we will not issue credit where subjective matters of taste, style or retail value are involved. Originating shipping cost and handling fees are non refundable and customer pays for return shipping. Returns are also subject to a 20% merchandise restocking fee. Returned gift baskets must arrive in original unopened packaging, not damaged or missing products and must include the original packing slip or a copy.  

We cannot accept returns of gift baskets:

  • Containing certain items such as cheesecake, fruit and food products.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 business days after delivery.
  • Any gift basket that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Adorable Gift Baskets will not refund or replace orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping information or gifts shipped or delivered to hospitals or hotels. Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect recipient shipping information submitted such as name, address, zip code or telephone will not be honored. It is the sender's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. Further, Adorable Gift Baskets will charge for any return shipping, address correction, package forwarding, reshipping and call tag charges. 

    Arrival times: Adorable Gift Baskets does not guarantee times or dates of arrival of any gift regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout, shipments to remote delivery areas or honor claims for alleged late gift delivery. 

    Adorable Gift Baskets reserves the right, when necessary, to substitute items of equal or better value depending upon availability and season. Due to the unfortunately melting point of chocolate substitutions for chocolate items are made May - October. 

    Please note refunds will only be issued to the billing name and address, not the recipient.
