Adorable Gift Baskets will replace or credit any part of a gift arrangement deemed damaged or defective. However, we will not issue credit where subjective matters of taste, style, or retail value are involved.
Adorable Gift Baskets will not refund or replace orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect recipient shipping information submitted such as name, address, city, state, zip code, or telephone number will not be honored. The sender's responsibility is to provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. Further, Adorable Gift Baskets will charge return shipping, address correction, package forwarding, reshipping, and call tag charges.
Arrival times: Adorable Gift Baskets do not guarantee any gift's arrival times or dates or honor claims for the alleged late gift delivery.
Adorable Gift Baskets reserves the right, when necessary, to substitute items of equal or better value depending upon availability and season. Due to the unfortunate melting point of chocolate, substitutions for chocolate items are made from May - to October.
