Adorable Gift Baskets, LLC website features a very simple, easy-to-use shopping cart that allows you to purchase gift baskets online anytime, day or night safely. Adorable Gift Baskets is tested daily and certified Hacker Safe, providing the highest level of encryption and security possible. Rest assured that your information is completely private and secure.

Add gift baskets freely to your shopping cart, especially if you are trying to decide between gift baskets. You are not charged when adding a gift basket to your shopping cart. Before your gift basket purchase is finalized you will be presented with the opportunity to review, edit, delete or make changes before you checkout.

When sending gift baskets to multiple recipients, please complete a new (separate) order for each recipient.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: You will receive a shipment confirmation email and a tracking number when your gift basket ships. You can track delivery status on our website ORDER STATUS page.

Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift Baskets?

A: Yes, you can! Your baskets will all arrive with your free personalized gift card included in an envelope with each gift basket.

Q: What is your product substitution policy?

A: In the rare instance when demand outstrips supply of a particular item, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge.

Q: What are your shipping and handling charges and delivery times?

A: Gift basket shipping and delivery take place on business days which are Mon-Fri. There is no shipping or delivery of gift baskets on weekends or US Holidays.

Free Ground Shipping = $0.00 this shipping method takes between 4-8 business days to arrive.
Standard Shipping = $15.50 flat rate fee per basket - this shipping method typically takes between 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Express Shipping = $79.95 flat rate fee per basket - this shipping method usually takes between 2 to 4 business days to arrive.

Gift baskets normally ship (not delivered) within 1-2 business days AFTER orders are received. Business days are 9am-5pm/Mon-Fri (weekends & holidays are not business days). Please note that it might take longer during peak seasons to process and ship the orders. You will receive an email containing a tracking number when your order ships. 

The time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery you choose, weather conditions, the location of the recipient, holidays, occasional delays by carriers and many other factors can all impact the arrival of your order. Transit days do not include the day orders are placed or shipped. We will do everything possible to process your order quickly. However, we do not guarantee specific times or dates of arrival.

When placing an order, please verify all shipping information. Inaccurate or incomplete recipient information will result in lost, discarded packages, packages being received by unintended recipients or returned. Include the correct recipient name, complete physical street address, business name, bldg#, floor#, suite#, apt# and a valid recipient phone number. Adorable Gift Baskets, LLC is not responsible for orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete recipient shipping information (no exceptions). Additionally, you will be charged a $25.00 address correction fee, plus any shipping, return shipping, and restocking cost. Residential deliveries do not require a signature and may be left, at the driver's discretion, on the front porch, side door, back porch, apt manger's office, garage area or any other locations that the drivers consider to be a safe place.

Q: Do you ship to hospitals and hotels?

A: Many times patients get discharged early and hotel guest check out early. If the patient leaves the hospital or guest leaves the hotel before receiving their gift, this creates an unpleasant experience for all concerned. We highly recommend shipping your gift basket to a home address.  Adorable Gift Baskets, LLC will not issue refunds or re-deliver gifts delivered to hospitals and hotels.
