Terms of Service: Read this page, in its entirety, before purchasing any item through the Adorable Gift Basket web site. Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. Gifts normally ship within 1-3 business days after order is placed. Arrival times shown are estimates only and do not include Sat, Sun, holidays, day order is placed or shipped. Gifts ship within the USA only. Extra shipping charges apply to HI & AK. Shipping is not refundable. Adorable Gift Baskets assumes no responsibility for, and will not refund, replace or reship the following: Orders sent to hospital patients and/or hotel guests. Orders submitted with incomplete or incorrect names, addresses, zip codes, phone numbers, wrong or omitted apartment or suite numbers. Orders sent to closed or relocated businesses, restricted areas, packages lost or misplaced within the business or if the business fails to deliver the package to recipient within. Recipient refuses to accept the package, is out of town or unavailable to receive the gift. Residential deliveries do not require a signature and may be left at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area. When placing an order please provide accurate & complete recipient shipping/delivery information. Enter recipient correct name, complete physical street address, bldg#, floor, business name, suite#, apt# and phone#. We are not responsible for refunding, replacing or reshipping packages submitted with incorrect or incomplete recipient shipping information. (no exceptions) Additionally you will be charged, and agree to pay, a $15.00 address correction, plus any and all other shipping and/or return shipping and restocking charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete recipient information submitted. The sender's name is always included with the gift so the recipient will know who sent the gift. For security reason we do not ship anonymous packages or include messages written in a foreign language. Submit a new order for each recipient. Changes or cancellations cannot be make after order is submitted. When necessary, we reserve the right to make gift basket or component substitutions of comparable or greater value. Adorable Gift Baskets will replace or credit any part of a gift arrangement deemed to be damaged or defective, however we will not issue credit where subjective matters of taste, style or retail value are involved. Beginning May 15th through September, due to the unfortunate melting point of chocolates, all chocolates will be substituted. Adorable Gift Baskets does not issue refunds, or replacements in the event that chocolate arrives melted due to extremes of temperature.
