Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
We ship items within the continental USA, Monday - Friday. Your order normally ships within 1-3 business days after it is received. We do not ship on major US holidays or weekends.
Delivery / Arrival times or dates are estimates and do not include the day order is placed or shipped. Adorable Gift Baskets does not guarantee times or dates of arrival regardless of the shipping option you select at checkout.
We are not responsible for gifts sent to a hospital patient or hotel guest.
Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect recipient shipping information submitted such as name, address, zip code or telephone will not be honored. Further, Adorable Gift Baskets will charge for any return shipping, address correction, package forwarding, reshipping and call tag charges.
Business shipments: Carriers do not deliver to individual recipients within a business. They will deliver packages to a designated receiving area. We are not responsible if the business is closed, is a restricted area, if the package is lost or misplaced within the business or if the business fails to deliver the package to an individual recipient within the business.
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages. Incorrect or outdated addresses, zip codes, suite #'s, apt #'s and phone #'s result in lost or discarded packages or packages being delivered to unintended recipients. Carriers may or may not leave the package at the door. It is completely up to the driver's discretion to determine whether or not a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package is deemed undeliverable. If the recipient refuses to accept the package the package is deemed undeliverable as well.
Adorable Gift Baskets will replace or credit any part of a gift arrangement deemed to be damaged or defective, however we will not issue credit where subjective matters of taste, style or retail value are involved.
Any discrepancies must be reported by email only (Do not leave voice messages.) within three business days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned within 14 business days from the date of receipt, in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.
Based on season and availability, we reserve the right to make gift basket or component substitutions of comparable or greater value when necessary.
