Adorable Gift Baskets will not refund or replace orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping information or gifts shipped or delivered to hospitals or hotels. Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect recipient shipping information submitted such as name, address, zip code or telephone will not be honored. It is the sender's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. Further, Adorable Gift Baskets will charge for any return shipping, address correction, package forwarding, reshipping and call tag charges.

Arrival times: Adorable Gift Baskets does not guarantee times or dates of arrival of any gift regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout, shipments to remote delivery areas or honor claims for alleged late gift delivery.

Adorable Gift Baskets will replace or credit any part of a gift arrangement deemed to be damaged or defective, however we will not issue credit where subjective matters of taste, style or retail value are involved.

Adorable Gift Baskets reserves the right, when necessary, to substitute items of equal or better value depending upon availability and season. Substitutions for chocolate items are made May through October.
