Packages send to hospitals and hotels are delivered to a designated receiving dock, specified delivery area, front desk or receptionist and not to individual recipients themselves. It then becomes the burdensome task for the busy staff to take the packages to the individual recipients. Unfortunately this doesn't always get done in a timely manner thus creating an unpleasant experience for all concerned.
Adorable Gift Baskets will not make refunds or re-deliveries of gifts shipped to hospitals or hotels. If you elect to ship to these locations, you do so at your own risk.
