HOSPITAL / HOTEL DELIVERY POLICY
Most gift baskets sent to hospitals arrive after patients have been dismissed. Likewise, most gift baskets sent to hotels arrive after guests have checked out.
Packages are delivered to a designated receiving dock, specified delivery area, front desk or receptionist and not to individual recipients. It then becomes the burdensome task for the busy staff to take the packages to the individual recipients. Unfortunately this doesn't always get done in a timely manner thus creating an unpleasant experience for all concerned.
We strongly encourage you to consider one of the following methods of delivery:
Recommended: Send your gift to the recipient's home address and let them enjoy their gift there. Or, let a family member take your gift to the hospital.
If you are certain that the patient or guest will be present at the hospital or hotel for a sufficient amount of time, select an upgraded shipping option as your delivery method.
Adorable Gift Baskets will not make refunds or re-deliveries of gifts sent to hospitals or hotels. If you elect to ship to these locations you do so at your own risk.
We do, however, deliver to hospital and hotel employees.
