Adorable Gift Baskets, LLC has shipped gift baskets and gifts via FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS since 2000. We have seen almost every imaginable gift basket delivery outcome. If you have questions about an order please contact us by EMAIL only. Do not leave voice mail messages.

Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. Gifts normally ship within 1-3 business days after order is placed. Arrival times shown are estimates only and do not include Sat, Sun, holidays, day order is placed or shipped. Gifts ship within the USA only. Extra shipping charges apply to HI & AK. Shipping is not refundable.

It is our goal to make your online gift shopping experience as satisfying as possible. In order to help us make your experience positive, we must alert you to the following potential gift basket shipping/delivery issues.

Weather Delays:  If your gift basket is delayed, damaged or undelivered due to severe weather conditions, carriers will not honor any guarantees, and therefore neither can we. Your gift basket travels by Airplane in most cases. If weather delays a flight, or closes an Airport, your gift basket will be delayed. FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS have no control over the weather, nor does Adorable Gift Baskets.

Arrival times: Adorable Gift Baskets, LLC does not guarantee times or dates of arrival of any gift regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout, shipments to remote delivery areas or honor claims for alleged late gift delivery.

Signature Release:  We use the Signature Release Program to help you get your gift basket delivered. Residential deliveries do not require a signature and may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area. At that point our liability ends. If we have to wait until your recipient is at home to make a delivery, your gift basket may never get delivered.

Please be sure that somebody will be at home (some time during the day) at the delivery address you provide. If  the recipient is out of town, unavailable, or if for some reason the recipient refuses delivery of, returns, or does not get the gift basket we can not be responsible. It is your responsibility to alert the recipient that a package will be arriving.

Incorrect or missing shipping information:  will most likely result in the gift basket NOT being delivered.  Please put a valid DAYTIME telephone number for the recipient. We will not call the number for any reason, other than to facilitate gift basket delivery.  Missing Suite #'s, Apt.#'s, and phone #'s will result in disruption in delivery and an Address Correction Fee will be charged.  The additional cost of any reshipped gift baskets due to incorrect or missing information is the sender's responsibility. Please double check all recipient shipping information carefully, especially physical street address, apt #, suite #, zip code and phone # before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delayed delivery or the package NOT being delivered at all. The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the sender’s responsibility. Be aware that you will incur additional charges if the address you enter must be changed in order to have your product delivered.

Refused deliveries:   - Adorable Gift Baskets, LLC will not honor claims for or accept return of unwanted gifts. Should a recipient refuse delivery or return your gift to our office or to you (the sender), for any reason, you are still responsible for the cost of the gift and all shipping charges incurred.

Shipping to a Business: If you are sending a gift basket to a business, hospital or hotel please be aware that our carriers will deliver the package to the front desk, or designated shipping and receiving department.  Please let your recipient know to expect a gift basket.  Adorable Gift Baskets assumes no responsibility if the business fails to deliver your gift basket to the recipient within the business, if the business is closed, if the hotel guest has checked out, if the hospital patient has been dismissed or the carrier is unable to deliver the package.  For business addresses, please include as much information as possible including company name, telephone number, suite or room number, recipient's name and department.

Undeliverable Gift Baskets and Packages - Adorable Gift Baskets, LLC is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, outdated addresse: - An incorrect, incomplete (missing apt or suite number) or outdated address, zip code or phone number will result in lost, discarded packages or packages being received by unintended recipients.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts - Carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. It is completely up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, and no one is present to accept the delivery after the third attempt, the package is deemed undeliverable.
  • Company policies and restrictions - Prohibits employees from receiving gifts at the workplace. These are restricted areas, companies and businesses where the carriers are not allowed to deliver. Check the company policy or restrictions before sending a gift to a recipient at their workplace or any restricted area. It is always advisable to send the gift to their home address and let them enjoy the gift there.
  • Recipient not at home or not expecting a gift: Recipient may be away from home or may think that it was sent to them in error and refuse the package. (It is sender's responsibility to be sure that someone will be at home to receive the gift and to let the recipient know that there is a package on the way)

    Hospital/Hotel Delivery Policy - To avoid the possibility of your gift arriving after the hospital patient has been dismissed or the hotel guest has checked out, we encourage you to have your gift shipped to the recipient's home address and let them enjoy your gift at home.

    Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy - Your complete satisfaction is our goal and we will do all, within reason, to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. Any discrepancies must be reported by EMAIL only (Do NOT leave voice mail messages.) within three business of receipt of goods.

    Adorable Gift Baskets, LLC will replace or credit any part of a gift arrangement deemed to be damaged or defective, however Adorable Gift Baskets, LLC will not issue credit or refund orders submitted with incorrect, incomplete or missing recipient information, or where subjective matters of taste, style or retail value are involved.

    Adorable Gift Baskets reserves the right, when necessary, to substitute items of equal or better value depending upon availability and season.

    Gift Cards: For security reason we do not ship anonymous packages. The sender's name is automatically entered. No pricing or invoice is included with the gift.

    Due to the unfortunate melting point of chocolates we do not encourage customers to ship chocolates during the warmer months. Adorable Gift Baskets will not issue refunds, or make replacements in the event that chocolate arrives melted due to extremes of temperature.
